Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form a binding agreement between the organization or individual accepting them and the Dark Taste operating entity. By accessing the service, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and that you are legally able to enter this agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional order forms or product-specific terms become part of this agreement and control if they expressly conflict with these Terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your users comply with these Terms.
- Do not violate law, sanctions, privacy, intellectual-property, or payment-network rules
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service security
- Do not upload malicious code or use the service for fraud or deceptive activity
- Do not resell or provide access except as expressly permitted
Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout or in an order form until canceled. You authorize charges to the selected payment method. Fees are generally non-refundable except where law or a written offer requires otherwise.
We may change prices for a future renewal period with reasonable advance notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes based on our net income. Late or failed payment may result in suspension after notice where practical.
Customer content and data
You retain ownership of content and data submitted to the service. You grant Dark Taste a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and as otherwise directed by you.
You represent that you have all rights and notices required to provide the content and permit this processing. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
Our service and intellectual property
Dark Taste and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation, but we will not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may modify the service and perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a separate service-level agreement applies.
Either party may terminate as stated in an order form, or for a material breach not cured within a reasonable notice period. We may suspend access immediately when necessary to prevent harm, address unlawful use, or respond to a security threat. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Except for liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, each party’s aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid or payable for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
General terms and contact
Neither party may assign this agreement without consent, except in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. No waiver is continuing unless stated in writing.
Questions may be submitted through the Contact page. Before production use, qualified counsel should complete and review these Terms with the operating entity, governing law, venue, notice address, and any sector-specific obligations.
